We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical support for clients and internal users. The role involves working with international clients, handling Office365, computer systems, and network support, resolving tickets, and performing preventive maintenance. You will also be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining secure and efficient IT and network infrastructures while ensuring high system availability and data security.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Client Management
Provide end-to-end IT support for international and local clients, including Office365, computers, and network-related issues.
Handle service desk tickets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce system failures and downtime.
Set up, configure, and maintain hardware and software for clients and internal users.
Network Design & Infrastructure
Design, configure, and maintain secure and efficient network infrastructures.
Install and manage LAN/WAN systems, switches, routers, and network cabling.
Monitor network performance and ensure system stability and security.
Implement upgrades and improvements to enhance infrastructure performance.
Technical Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Office365, and network issues across multiple platforms.
Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain proper ticketing records.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when required.
Work with third-party vendors to resolve system or hardware-related issues.
Security & Performance
Ensure data security across systems and networks.
Monitor systems to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.
Apply security patches, updates, and preventive measures regularly.
Systems & Application Support
Support Microsoft Office Suite and Office365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).
Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
Support Windows and Mac systems based on client requirements.
User Support & Documentation
Train end-users on systems, applications, and network usage.
Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and solutions.
Identify recurring issues and improve support processes.
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in IT Support or Infrastructure roles.
Strong knowledge of Office365, Windows OS, LAN/WAN, and networking concepts.
Experience in managing IT hardware, servers, and backup systems.
Strong troubleshooting and client communication skills.
Experience working with international clients is highly preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field (preferred).
