Exchange Online Plan 2 offers secure corporate email, data loss prevention, voicemail, and practically unlimited storage. The size of the inbox per user is 100 GB. Primary storage is limited to this space, and the in-place archive has unlimited storage. In addition, the in-place hold feature allows users to save deleted and edited mailbox items from the primary mailbox and in-place archives. Built-in DLP allows you to protect sensitive information through rigorous in-depth content analysis based on Personal Identifiable Information (PI) and Payment Card Industry (PCP). Using the tooltip icon with mobile device policies, administrators can create authorized mobile device lists, enforce a pin lock, and remove confidential company data from lost phones.

- Take advantage of unlimited storage (100 GB of storage in the user’s primary mailbox, plus unlimited storage in the user’s In-Place Archive)
- Take advantage of hosted Unified Messaging services that provide call answering, a dial-in user interface, and company automated attendant capabilities
- Control sensitive business data with built-in data loss prevention (DLP) policies based on regulatory standards such as personally identifiable information (PII) and payment card industry (PCI), which help to identify, monitor, and protect sensitive data through deep content analysis
