Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients within target industries and markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales activities and prospect data.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Contact prospective clients to introduce company products and services.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and prepare proposals.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
  • Follow up consistently on inquiries and opportunities to maximize conversions.

4. Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
  • Provide strategic feedback to management for product and service enhancements.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development (IT/Technology industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
