We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee and maintain smooth operations within our office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an IT company and be proactive in managing office administration, employee management, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢āāManage daily office operations efficiently.
ā¢āāMonitor employee attendance, late coming, early leaving, and leave management.
ā¢āāMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
ā¢āāCoordinate and organize office events and employee engagement activities.
ā¢āāEnsure proper maintenance of office facilities, supplies, and infrastructure.
ā¢āāAssist in onboarding new employees and support HR-related processes as required.
ā¢āāAct as a point of contact for internal queries and external vendors.
Requirements:
ā¢āāProven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably in an IT company.
ā¢āāStrong organizational and multitasking skills.
ā¢āāExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
ā¢āāProficiency in MS Office and office management software.
ā¢āāAbility to enforce company policies diplomatically and maintain a professional work environment.
