- Navigate to http://support.chipincorp.com from any browser.
- You will get to our IT Support Desk Page as shown below. On the left-hand side of the page, you will see a link to Submit a ticket.
- Click the link to open a new ticket page
- Enter your email address, Name, Company Name, and Contact Number.
- Put a Subject to your ticket
- Put a detailed description of the issue you are facing
- Attach files/Screenshots, in case any.
- Click the Submit Button
- Your ticket will be created in our CRM system and you will receive an email with the relevant ticket number. One of our team members will contact you to address/resolve the issue.
