Facing IT issues? Don’t know where to go? Contact Chipin IT Support for all IT Support services.  You can follow the below-mentioned steps in order to raise a support ticket in case you have an existing Managed IT Service Contract with us.

  1. Navigate to from any browser.
  2. You will get to our IT Support Desk Page as shown below. On the left-hand side of the page, you will see a link to Submit a ticket.ITSupportTicket
  3. Click the link to open a new ticket pageSubmit Ticket
  4. Enter your email address, Name, Company Name, and Contact Number.
  5. Put a Subject to your ticket
  6. Put a detailed description of the issue you are facing
  7. Attach files/Screenshots, in case any.
  8. Click the Submit Button
  9. Your ticket will be created in our CRM system and you will receive an email with the relevant ticket number. One of our team members will contact you to address/resolve the issue.
