You may decide which individuals or groups can access the MED-V workspace, as well as how long the MED-V workspace can be used for and if it can be used offline, using the deployment settings. Additional rules can be configured to manage access between the MED-V workspace and the host.
The Policy module’s Deployment tab is where you specify all MED-V workspace permissions.
To enable users to access the MED-V workspace server, add domain users or groups to the MED-V workspace permissions. Permissions can then be assigned to each user or group.
